The team undertook an old dilapidated property with the plan to subdivide and create two 1 bedroom apartments.

Using some innovative design work we were able to create two cozy 1 bedroom apartments in a fantastic location.

A brand new bathroom was created and installed and we utilised the existing bathroom for apartment A.

New dividing walls were installed to create the different apartments entryways and an insulated internal wall installed between the bedroom configurations.

The final result was a great finish with 2 modern and functional apartments being constructed and ready for the marketplace.
