The team managed all areas of the development including assisting in finance and brokerage for the loans and finding the suitable builder and price point to meet the requirements.

The first construction was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom courtyard home with an alfresco area. Built on a 300m2 block with a 10m frontage.
The property was set with a 5 option colour selections scheme and design layout. This was agreed and signed off and the building crew got set to construction.

Total construction time was just under 20 weeks.

The property was used as an owner occupier to meet regulations and then was moved onto the short term rental market after the time requirements were achieved. The property achieved 12% returns on the STR before the decision to sell was made.

The sales price achieved over $100k in profit over the course of 18 months excluding income made from the short term rental during this time.

A fantastic result for the investor.
