Our team discovered this home through a friend who was selling to move to the countryside. Whilst dated and old, the bones of the home were strong and the vision of what it could be transformed into was solid.
After drafting a few concept plans together ( Looking at either subdividing into two 2 bedroom apartments or one larger 4 bedroom home) the latter was chosen to build a spacious and fitting 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home with two seperate living areas suitable for one large family or two families travelling together.
The result was perfect. A high end luxury home with ample room throughout to have your own personal space, enjoy watching a movie on the big screens or get some study time in upstairs. The kitchen was designed for larger groups to be able to cook and have sufficient room whilst still maintaining a luxe feel.
